Online applications are invited from suitable candidates belonging to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) for multiple positions of EPI Vaccinator. These vacancies are available on a contract basis for an initial period of one year on a need basis, operating under the direct administrative control of the District Health Officer, District Kohat.

Eligibility Criteria & Academic Background

• Age Limit: Minimum 18 years to Maximum 30 years (Note: Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Government Rules).

• Minimum Qualification & Experience:

  • At least 2nd Division Secondary School Certificate (Matric) with Science from a recognized Board.

  • Two-Year Diploma in Health Technology from the KP Medical Faculty, Peshawar.

  • Foreign Qualifications: In case of a foreign degree, equivalent certificates issued by the HEC/relevant bodies must be provided.

Quota Allocation Breakdown

The recruitment process strictly adheres to the provincial quota directives as follows:

• Female Candidates Quota: 10%

• Disabled Candidates Quota: 2%

• Minorities Candidates Quota: 0.5%

Key Terms & Conditions

1. Screening Test: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out later by the appointing authority, and any ineligible candidate will be disqualified at any stage.

2. NADRA Verification Mandate: All candidates must create a profile on ETEA's website. Before applying or depositing the fee, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from the portal and verify their CNIC at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Applications without this verification cannot be processed.

3. Interview Call Letters: Only shortlisted candidates who qualify the ETEA screening test and meet the eligibility criteria will be issued interview call letters. No separate call letters for the screening test will be issued through postal services.

4. Government Servants: Candidates currently employed in Government or Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel.

5. Test Logistics: No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview phases. Roll Number Slips containing test dates, times, and venue details will be downloaded directly from the ETEA portal. Candidates will receive SMS notifications and are directed not to provide ported/converted mobile networks.
