Pak EXIM is seeking a qualified professional for the position of Manager Information Security & BCP in its Risk Management Department.

Eligibility Criteria
Required Education
Candidates must have a minimum of 16 years of education with a major in one of the following fields: Information Technology (IT) Systems Computer Engineering Software Engineering Information Security Related relevant fields The degree must be from a leading local or international university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
Experience Profile
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience. Experience in a bank, Financial Institution (FI), or Development Finance Institution (DFI) in Pakistan will be advantageous.
Key Competencies Required
- Candidates should have:
- Strong expertise in SOC platforms and SIEM tools.
- Experience with endpoint protection, threat hunting, and network security operations.
- Proven experience in VAPT, Red Teaming, and penetration testing.
- Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools and practices.
- Experience conducting technical POCs and evaluating security controls.
- Hands-on experience in incident handling and forensic investigation.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and resilience planning.
- Understanding of NIST and ISO 27001 security frameworks.
- Extensive knowledge of network and IT system security.
- Understanding of Governance Framework, Operations, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
- Knowledge of industry regulations and security best practices.
- Strong risk management and process improvement skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work strategically while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Experience handling security breaches, audits, and regulatory scrutiny.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Developing, reviewing, and revising information security policies, procedures, and processes.
Directing cybersecurity operations, including SOC, Incident Response, and VAPT.
Building and mentoring teams responsible for SOC, Incident Response, VAPT, and technical assessments.
Establishing and monitoring security baseline standards for information assets.
Overseeing security incident response, forensic analysis, root-cause investigations, and stakeholder coordination.
Enhancing threat detection and response capabilities through Red Team/Blue Team exercises.
Leading security proof-of-concepts and evaluating emerging security tools and vendors.
Leading vulnerability assessment and penetration testing activities.
Identifying and addressing gaps in technical security controls.
Supporting cyber-risk reporting and mitigation plans for executive leadership.
Coordinating with procurement, legal, audit, compliance, and GRC teams.
Developing and delivering information security awareness and training programs.
Reviewing access management and identifying system/data access anomalies.
Maintaining the Segregation of Duties (SOD) matrix according to information security policies.
Driving continuous improvement across cybersecurity functions.
