Eligibility Criteria
Required Education
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Financial Management, or a related field. Professional certification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is required. Degree must be from an institution recognized by the relevant authority.
Experience Profile
Minimum 10 years of experience in public financial management. At least 5 years of experience working on donor-funded projects, preferably ADB or World Bank-supported projects. Experience with ADB disbursement procedures, financial reporting, and audit processes under RBL or similar modalities. In-depth knowledge of government fund flow, budgeting, and accounting systems in Pakistan.
