Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

As per the official advertisement candidates must meet the following strict requirements:

Educational Qualification:

• CA / ACCA / CIMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Preference: CA, CIMA, or ACCA affiliates. A Master's degree in Public Administration or Health Management will be an added advantage.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounts, or audit.

• At least 2 years of experience in a senior managerial finance role (Deputy Manager or above).

• Demonstrated experience in public sector/autonomous body finance, government budgeting, treasury operations, or healthcare revenue cycle management.

• Hands-on experience with government financial rules (FBR, AG Office, KPPRA).

• Proficiency in financial ERP systems and experience in audit management (DAC/PAC proceedings).
