Physical & Endurance Test Details

Candidates applying for Sub-Inspector, Assistant Sub-Inspector, Constable, and Constable Driver positions must undergo physical testing prior to written exams:

  1. Running / Endurance Test: 1 Mile (1.6 km) run.

    • Male Candidates: Must complete within 7 minutes.

    • Female Candidates: Must complete within 10 minutes.

  2. Physical Measurements: Verification of height and chest measurements.

  3. Computer Based Test (CBT): Only candidates who successfully clear physical measurements and the endurance test will be permitted to sit for the written Computer Based Test.

Selection Process & Important Terms

  • Age Criteria: Applicants must be within the specified age limit and hold required qualifications as of 07 September 2026. General 5-year age relaxation is included per Civil Servant Rules 1993.

  • Strict Physical Rules: No relaxation is granted for lower age limits, physical measurement criteria, or running test timings under any circumstances.

  • Government Servants: Must apply through the proper channel and produce a Departmental NOC during the interview stage.

  • Document Verification: No physical documents are required at the initial application stage. Candidates shortlisted for interviews must present original documents and attested sets of degrees/certificates.

  • Medical Examination: Final selection is subject to clearing a medical fitness exam by an authorized Federal Government Civil Surgeon.

  • Posting Location: Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.

  • No TA/DA: Travel or daily allowances will not be provided for physical tests, CBT, skill tests, or interviews.

  • Legal Warning: Submission of false documents is a punishable criminal offense under Sections 420/468/471 of the Pakistan Penal Code (up to 7 years imprisonment)
