Eligibility Criteria
Required Education
Candidates must meet one of the following qualification criteria: Option 1 – Master’s / 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree Fresh graduates having: Master’s degree, or 4-year Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) from a local/foreign institute or university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan in any of the following fields: Insurance Business Administration Public Administration Economics Commerce Finance Accounting Computer Science Information Technology Mathematics Statistics Human Resource Engineering Candidates must have obtained at least 50% marks or a CGPA of 2.0 out of 4.0 / 3 CGPA out of 5.0. Option 2 – Professional Qualifications Candidates having any of the following professional qualifications are also eligible: ACII CA ACCA ICMA CIMA PIFPA

What We Offer
- Selected Management Trainee Officers will receive a minimum monthly stipend of:

Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL) is a public sector listed company and State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan. It is the sole reinsurance entity of Pakistan.

Selection Process
