PMDFC Jobs 2026 – Senior Program Officer (Procurement) Vacancy

The Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) has been actively supporting local governments to build infrastructure and healthy cities. Under the Punjab Inclusive Cities Program (PICP), PMDFC is currently seeking the services of a qualified, experienced, and dynamic professional against a key executive-level vacancy in Lahore.

Position Details

• Job Title: Senior Program Officer (Procurement)

• Total Vacancies: 01 Post

• Job Location: Lahore, Pakistan (Lahore-Based)

• Pay Scale / Grade: PPS-10

• Compensation: Market-driven and competitive, commensurate with the candidate's exact experience and qualification levels.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

1. Required Qualification

• Candidates must possess 16 years of education or a higher master’s/bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business, or Management Studies from an HEC-recognized institution.

2. Experience & Skillset

• Minimum Experience: At least 12 years of post-qualification experience focusing strictly on the procurement of works, goods, and services.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Must hold a thorough understanding of PPRA rules and World Bank procurement guidelines, along with practical application experience.

• Core Responsibilities: Demonstrated ability to manage and administer official advertisements, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), complex Bidding Documents, and tender evaluations.

• Preferred Advantage: Prior hands-on working experience with public sector entities, international donor agencies, and deep knowledge of Local Government Systems and their regulatory frameworks will give applicants an added advantage.

3. Age Limit

• Maximum Age Limit: 65 years.

• Note: The exact age measurement will be calculated from the candidate's date of birth up to the final application receipt deadline. Maximum age limits may be relaxed by the Board of Directors (BOD) for exceptionally qualified individuals.
