Eligibility Criteria: Qualification & Experience

  • Required Education: MBA or any other Master’s degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university.

  • Preferred Specialization: Marketing, Advertising, or Corporate Communications.

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of at least 9 years of post-qualification, progressive experience in brand management, agency liaison, or large-scale campaign strategy.

Job Summary

The selected executive will lead the creation and maintenance of the company’s positive corporate image. This will be achieved through the strategic deployment of a comprehensive marketing communication bouquet portfolio, including Below-the-Line (BTL), Above-the-Line (ATL), and Through-the-Line (TTL) advertising, publication management, high-profile sponsorships, and executive corporate events.

Key Responsibilities & Functional Duties

1. Campaign Strategy & Media Agency Management

  • Supervise end-to-end coordination with creative advertising agencies for the production of TV Commercials (TVCs) and the design of multi-channel media campaigns.

  • Monitor active campaigns, advise internal stakeholders, provide feedback to agency partners, and dynamically modify media strategies to ensure optimal impact.

  • Collaborate with the Media Section to prioritize clear communication objectives, ensuring the head of Media can select the most efficient mix of radio, television, print, digital, and social channels.

2. High-Profile Event Branding & Collateral Management

  • Lead the provisioning of corporate marketing collateral to the Events’ Manager for internal, external, and international events.

  • Oversee comprehensive event management workflows ranging from local seminars and social media podcasts to international exhibitions—including event branding, stage management, promotion, emcee services, and digital recordings.

  • Supervise fabrication and design workflows across franchise areas, aligning with printing presses and fabricators to deploy physical marketing materials.

3. Vendor Procurement, RFPs & Financial Oversight

  • Review, finalize, and approve draft tenders and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for new media projects.

  • Oversee the vendor pre-qualification process for selecting printing presses, advertising agencies, and multimedia suppliers.

  • Negotiate and execute lucrative co-branding collaborations and joint promotions that align directly with SSGC’s long-term vision.

  • Steward accurate partner payments and budget tracking through the GCCD planning section based on pre-agreed performance metrics.

4. Publications, Inventory & Multi-Lingual Translations

  • Oversee the design, cost estimation, and final approval of corporate banners, posters, standees, greeting cards, and promotional materials.

  • Manage and audit the physical and digital inventory of official SSGC publications, ensuring timely distribution to key stakeholders according to localized distribution lists.

  • Supervise the professional translation of official corporate documents into Pakistan's primary regional languages (Urdu, English, Sindhi, Balochi, Pashto, and Brahvi).

5. Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Update the A-DGM/Branding, Campaigns & Events regularly to maintain an effective, agile campaign management cycle.

  • Review feedback from key institutional stakeholders and implement immediate corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.

  • Supervise and mentor the internal campaign management team in a disciplined, efficient manner to streamline day-to-day operations.
