1. Application Format: Applicants meeting the requirements must apply by submitting a written application on plain paper. The application package must include an updated CV, attested photocopies of all educational certificates and experience documents, and a recent passport-sized photograph.

2. Domicile Eligibility: Only individuals holding a valid Punjab Domicile are eligible to apply. Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of Punjab rules.

3. Application Processing Fee: A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 300/- per post must be deposited into the Baba Guru Nanak University bank account with the Bank of Punjab, Account Number: 6510227249000019. The original deposit receipt must be attached to the application.

4. Wages & Payment Policy: Daily wage payments will strictly follow the latest daily-wage policy regulations issued by the Labor Department of the Government of Punjab. Wages will be deducted for any unexcused absences.

5. Nature of Posts: These appointments are purely temporary and on a daily wage basis; therefore, they cannot be challenged or claimed for regularization in a court of law at any stage.

6. Interview Notification: No separate call letters will be issued to applicants for the interview. Providing false, forged, or incomplete documents will lead to disqualification at any stage of recruitment.

7. Authority Discretion: The university reserves the right to withhold recruitment, or to increase/decrease the number of advertised posts at any time without assigning any reason.
