Key Job Responsibilities
Assistant Registrar (Multan Office):
Assist Regional Head Lahore and Registrar Head Office Islamabad in scrutinizing complete documentation and assessing the maintainability of harassment and property cases (including complaints from Overseas Pakistanis).
Prepare case briefs, maintain case files with proper documentation and indexation, and draft proceedings, findings, and orders.
Scan and upload all case documents to the Complaint Management System, send notices to parties via email/WhatsApp/hard copy, and provide requested document copies.
Prepare daily case cause lists, coordinate with AD (IT) for electronic circulation, and assist in managing Court Registry functions.
Assess complainant vulnerability, liaise for legal/financial aid provision, provide litigation guidance, and conduct outreach and training activities.
Assist Registrar and Law Officers in drafting replies and handling proceedings regarding representations or writ petitions.
Manage administrative and financial duties for the Multan Sub Regional office.
Assistant (Quetta Office):
Receive, dispatch, and process incoming/outgoing mail (dak), files, reports, and official communications.
Process fresh cases and receipts at initial stages and put them up for officer consideration.
Maintain and open new files, keep file movement records, flag reference papers, and ensure safe custody of official documents.
Maintain leave records for employees and keep notes of important orders, decisions, and priority/security labels.
Handle recording, indexing, and weeding out of old files and issue reminders for delayed replies from other departments.
Perform routine clerical tasks including typing, maintaining diary registers, preparing statements, and procuring office stationery
