Eligibility Criteria

Required Education:

• Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, Islamic Banking, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.

• Certifications: Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA, ICMA, CFA, or Islamic Finance will be considered an added advantage.

Required Experience:

• Minimum Experience: 6+ years of relevant, hands-on experience within the banking sector.

• Core Domain Expertise: Proven exposure in Pool Management, Islamic Finance, Profit Distribution, Financial Control, or Regulatory Reporting.

Key Responsibilities & Job Roles

The selected candidate will lead critical financial processes within the Shariah-compliant framework, focusing on the following core domains:

• Pool Operations: Overseen and direct Pool Management & Profit Distribution mechanisms.

• Regulatory Compliance: Manage PSR (Profit Sharing Ratio) & Weightages precisely in accordance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) guidelines.

• Asset Management: Systematically execute asset tagging and pool transfer routines.

• Currency Pools: Handle both LCY (Local Currency) & FCY (Foreign Currency) pool management portfolios.

• Financial Integrity: Manage complete pool configuration setup alongside robust financial reporting mechanisms.

• Interbank Operations: Control Financial Institution (FI) Interbank Musharaka Pool Management operations.

• Inter-Departmental Sync: Actively coordinate cross-functionally with Treasury, Retail Banking, and Shariah Compliance divisions.

• Reporting: Ensure flawless execution of SBP IBI (Islamic Banking Institutions) reporting protocols.
