Position Overview
Role: Customer Success & Operations Associate
Location: Remote (Work from anywhere in Pakistan)
Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)
Salary: PKR 100,000+ per month (Commensurate with skills & experience)
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding and support experience.
Troubleshoot technical issues, bridge the gap between clients and the engineering team, and provide clear solutions.
Monitor daily operations, manage support tickets, and optimize internal workflows.
Maintain high client satisfaction by delivering proactive, empathetic, and efficient communication.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (essential for US client interaction).
Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, familiarity with technical terminology, and a basic understanding of software systems.
Availability: Ability to work dedicated night shifts aligned with US time zones.
Attributes: Self-motivated, disciplined to work remotely, and a great team player.

• Communicate with US-based clients via phone, email, and video calls.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and project managers.
• Follow up with leads, customers, and partners.
• Document conversations and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in operational and administrative tasks.
• Learn and understand software products and business processes.
• Handle client queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working during US business hours (night shift in Pakistan).
• Basic understanding of technology, software, websites, or SaaS products.
• Good computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.).
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.

• Previous experience in a call center, customer support, sales, telesales, or appointment-setting role.
• Exposure to IT services, software development, or digital products is a plus.
