Job Overview

Vacant Positions & Eligibility Criteria

1. Project Coordinator

• Project Pay Scale (PPS): 09

• Salary Per Month: Rs. 400,000/- (Lump-sum basis, including all allowances)

• Age Limit: 35 - 50 years

• Number of Posts: 01

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Architecture Engineering / Civil Engineering from an HEC recognized university. Must be registered with PCATP or PEC. A Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Heritage Management/Project Management or a related field will be preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 15 Years' Experience with a Master's degree OR 20 Years with a Bachelor's Degree. Experience of supervision of development projects, preferably in Heritage management, conservation of Historical monuments & Archaeological sites is required.

2. Conservation Architect

• Project Pay Scale (PPS): 08

• Salary Per Month: Rs. 275,000/- (Lump-sum basis, including all allowances)

• Age Limit: 30 - 45 years

• Number of Posts: 01

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Architecture Engineering from an HEC recognized University, as well as Registration from PCATP. A Master's Degree in Conservation, Heritage Management or a related field will be preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 07 years of experience with a Master's Degree OR 10-year experience with a Bachelor's Degree. Experience should preferably be in the preservation of heritage sites and monuments, alongside experience in project management related to architectural conservation.

Terms & Conditions

1. Appointment Details: These appointments are completely temporary in nature, non-transferable, non-pensionable, job/post specific, and confer no right for regularization.

2. Salary Package: Offered salaries against each post are on a lump-sum basis (including all allowances) with an annual increment according to government notifications.

3. Government Servants: A No Objection Certificate (NOC) is mandatory for government servants or semi-government servants applying for these posts.

4. Application Screening: Incomplete applications will be rejected outright. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed or called for an interview.

5. Interview Expenses: No T.A/D.A will be paid to candidates appearing for the interview.
