1. Stenographer (BPS-16)

Age Limit: 21 - 25 Years
Qualification/Experience:
Intermediate from a recognized institute.
Proficiency in MS Office with a certificate.
Shorthand speed of 80 W.P.M with a certificate from a reputed institution.
Typing speed of 40 W.P.M with a certificate from a reputed institution.
2. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)
Total Posts: 07
Age Limit: 21 - 25 Years
Qualification/Experience:
Intermediate from a recognized institute.
Proficiency in MS Office with a certificate.
Typing speed of 40 W.P.M with a certificate from a reputed institution.
3. Naib Qasid (BPS-03)
Total Posts: 01
Age Limit: 20 - 28 Years
Qualification/Experience:
Primary pass education.
Preference: Given to skilled candidates having experience as an Electrician, AC Repair, Bookbinder, Carpenter, Painter, Driver (with Driving license), or Cooking.
4. Sweeper (BPS-03)
Total Posts: 01
Age Limit: 20 - 28 Years
Qualification/Experience: Primary literate.
Selection Process & Important Dates
Test Criteria: Candidates for Stenographer and Junior Clerk must secure at least 50% marks in the initial NTS screening test to become eligible for the departmental skill/shorthand/typing test.
Eligible Candidates List: The list of eligible candidates for Naib Qasid and Sweeper will be displayed on the Notice Board of the District & Sessions Court, Hyderabad, and on the official website https://districtcourthyderabad.gos.pk/ by 15.07.2026 for inviting objections.
Interview Requirements: Shortlisted candidates must bring their original CNIC, educational documents, and Domicile/PRC at the time of the interview.

How to Apply for This Job
According to the instructions in advertisement, the process is split into two methods based on the position:
Method A: For Stenographer & Junior Clerk (Sr. 01 & 02)
Online Registration: Candidates must fill out the Online Job Application Form through the official NTS website at www.nts.org.pk.
Deposit Fee: Deposit the online job application challan/slip of Rs. 800/- via 1Link, 1bill participating banks, ATM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or TCS Express Counter.
No Hard Copies Needed: Candidates applying for these posts do NOT need to send hard copies of the form or challan to NTS. Just keep the copy of the application form and challan for your records.
No Hand Submissions: No application for these posts will be received by hand at the court premises.
Method B: For Naib Qasid & Sweeper (Sr. 03 & 04)
Application Proforma: Fill out the manual Application Proforma attached on the right side of the advertisement.
Documents Required: Attach attested photocopies of your CNIC, Educational Documents, PRC, Domicile, 02 recent passport-size photographs, and NOC (if currently a Government servant).
Submission: Send the complete package strictly by post or courier on or before July 7, 2026 (03:00 PM) to the official court address.
