Job Summary
Spotcomm Global is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented IT Executive to join our team in Karachi! In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily technical operations, serving as the first point of contact for internal teams. We need someone passionate about tech support, troubleshooting, and ensuring all IT systems run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in hardware maintenance, network optimization, and data security fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Infrastructure Management: Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot the core company IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
Support & Helpdesk: Provide prompt technical support and expert network queries to all internal teams, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
System Efficiency: Ensure maximum uptime and system efficiency through regular system updates, patching, and proactive maintenance.
Security & Compliance: Implement and manage data security protocols, access controls, and backup procedures to safeguard company information.
Inventory & Documentation: Manage IT assets inventory and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for network configurations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in a focused IT Support, System Administrator, or IT Executive role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting Windows/Linux OS, Microsoft Office 365, generic office software, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
