What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• System Architecture: Design, develop, test, and deploy highly scalable production-grade AI/ML solutions.

• Data Pipelines: Build and maintain scalable backend data ingestion, model training, and low-latency inference pipelines.

• Generative AI Development: Implement cutting-edge Generative AI & LLM solutions incorporating Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Enterprise Integration: Seamlessly integrate deep learning and predictive models into large-scale enterprise microservices and platforms.

• Performance Optimization: Continually optimize systems to guarantee maximum scalability, reliability, data protection, security, and high performance.

What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications)

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (CS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, or a related technical engineering field.

• Experience Track: Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in dedicated AI/ML Engineering or complex Core Software Development roles.

• Core Programming: Strong Python programming skills are mandatory (proficiency with Java, Go, or C++ is considered a major plus).

• AI Frameworks: Advanced operational experience working with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern LLM application development tools.

• Cloud & Containers: Practical, hands-on familiarity with cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) alongside containerization frameworks like Docker and Kubernetes.

• UI Frameworks: Familiarity with creating quick functional prototypes using React, Streamlit, or Gradio.

• DevOps Tools: solid knowledge base regarding CI/CD automation practices, version control systems (Git), and AIOps frameworks.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional technical problem-solving capabilities paired with fluent communication and agile team collaboration skills.
