• Duration: 2 Years Contract (including 6 Months Probation)

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:

• 40 – 55 Years (No age relaxation is admissible).

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a school subject with a first division, along with a B.Ed or M.Ed degree.

• M.Phil (Master of Philosophy) will be given preference.

• PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) will be given preference.

Experience (Verifiable):

• 10 years of administrative experience in a reputed educational institution.

• 5 years of teaching experience in a recognized educational institution.

• Experience as a principal in the Public sector / DPS / Army / Cadet school will be given preference.

• Note: All experience must be fully verifiable.

Key Competencies

• Strong leadership and command ability.

• Robust knowledge of the educational system and the ability to improve institutional performance.

• Proven experience in the guidance and training of teachers.

• Excellent English communication and computer skills (Mandatory).

• Retired Army personnel may also be eligible to apply.
