National Bank of Pakistan, "The Nation's Bank", is looking for talented, dedicated, and experienced professionals for its Retail Banking division. Applications are invited from qualified individuals for the following position:

Position / Job Title: Relationship Manager (OG-II)

Employment Type: Contractual basis (3 years, renewable at management's discretion)

Reporting To: Team Leader

Eligibility Criteria

Educational / Professional Qualification

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.

Experience

  • Minimum 01 year of banking sales experience in financial products.

Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required

  • Sales management and good interpersonal skills.

  • Geographical knowledge of the place of posting.

  • Knowledge of banking and products.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and databases.

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities

  • Sales & Targets: Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in account opening, deposit growth, and consumer financing. Achieve cross-sell targets of bank products (consumer assets & insurance products).

  • Customer Relations: Conduct daily customer/market visits for new and existing customers (Conventional & Islamic Banking). Resolve customer queries/issues in an amicable and efficient manner.

  • Portfolio Management: Handle liability portfolio with an understanding of customer behavior, balance movements, and seasonal trends. Actively identify attrition risks to retain balances.

  • Account Activation: Ensure Tail Management by activating dormant accounts, Digital App, ATM, and deepening of Tail accounts.

  • Compliance & Operations: Maintain high service quality standards, ensure compliance with Banking Laws, instructions, regulations, and procedures. Ensure audit requirements and observations are addressed. Maintain a Shariah-compliant environment at Islamic Banking windows within the Region.

  • Reporting: Maintain various MIS / business reports related to the portfolio as required by management.
