Under the provisions of Regulation 9, 10, and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, the National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) is conducting walk-in interviews for highly motivated and capable individuals. These project-based roles are open exclusively for eligible residents of the Karachi Division.
Job Summary
Organization: National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), Government of Pakistan
Position Title: Scanning Operator (Project-based)
Total Job Duration: Purely on a contract basis for a period of three (03) months only.
Maximum Age Limit: 25 Years (Note: A 5 years' age relaxation has already been included in this prescribed age limit).
Minimum Qualification: Minimum Intermediate or Equivalent.
Salary Package: Base salary of Rs. 40,000 per month (excluding the incentive amount per scanned form, which shall be determined by the Authority).

Interview Dates: Tuesday, 7th July 2026 to Friday, 10th July 2026
Interview Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Interview Venue: 4th Floor, Kandawala Building, M A Jinnah Road, Karachi (Sindh).
Job Location, Shifts & Core Responsibilities
Primary Job Location: Kandawala Building (Karachi South). Selected candidates must serve at this designated location, and no requests for posting or transfer will be entertained. However, management may post them at any other location on a project requirement basis.
Work Shifts: Operations are executed across three shifts: Morning, Evening, and Night, running six days a week. Candidates must be willing to work in any shift as per requirement.
Core Duties: Selected candidates will be assigned the task of archiving old NADRA records and are required to scan a minimum of 400 pages per day.
Terms & Conditions
Regional Eligibility: Only residents of Karachi Division as per their CNIC/Domicile shall be allowed to appear for the interview.
Documentation Required: Interested candidates must bring their original educational and professional documents at the time of the interview.
In-Service Candidates: Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
Data Security & Confidentiality: Selected candidates must strictly comply with NADRA's Data and Information Security Policies and maintain absolute confidentiality of all official records/data handled during the assignment.
Inclusivity Statement: Students, females, minorities, transgender persons, and differently-abled persons are encouraged to apply.
Prohibitions & Restrictions: Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, smartwatches, etc., will not be allowed during the interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
Disqualification & Nature of Post: Candidates shall be disqualified if false, forged, or misleading information is provided at any stage. These positions are project-specific and temporary in nature; selection does not confer any right or entitlement for regular appointment, and services will stand automatically terminated upon completion of the project period.
