The National Institute of Public Policy (NIPP), a constituent wing of the prestigious National School of Public Policy (NSPP), has officially initiated its highly competitive Internship Program for 2026. If you are passionate about public policy formulation, governance, and public administration, this is your chance to contribute to shaping policies that matter while working directly alongside senior bureaucrats and seasoned technocrats.
Program Overview & Benefits
Host Institution: National Institute of Public Policy (NIPP) under NSPP.
Internship Duration: 2 Months (From 15 July 2026 to 15 September 2026).
Monthly Stipend: Rs. 40,000/- per month.
Location: National School of Public Policy, 87-Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam, Lahore, Punjab.
Learning Mode: Hands-on experience through research, policy analysis, exclusive lectures, institutional visits, high-level discussions, and direct mentorship.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
To be considered for this prestigious public sector internship, applicants must satisfy the following academic and skill requirements:
Enrollment Status: Must be currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an accredited university or college.
Academic Discipline: Must hold or be pursuing a degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, International Relations, or a related social science field.
Minimum CGPA: A minimum CGPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
Core Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, superior writing skills, and proven proficiency in research methodologies and data analysis.
Interpersonal Attributes: Excellent communication skills with the ability to function seamlessly both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Reserved Seats
NIPP has specifically allocated reserved tracks to ensure diversity within the cohort:
A. Foreign Students Studying in Pakistan (Total Seats: 5)
China: 2 Seats
Saudi Arabia: 1 Seat
Bangladesh: 1 Seat
Türkiye: 1 Seat
B. Intersex Candidates
