Abbottabad, Bannu, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Hyderabad, Jhang, Jhelum, Karachi, Larkana, Mianwali, Mirpurkhas, Multan, Peshawar, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Sukkur, Swat, Vehari.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Education & Qualification
Minimum Requirement: Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.
Preferred: Candidates holding a Master's degree in business and/or other professional certifications such as AIBP or JAIBP will be preferred.
2. Age Limit
Maximum Age: 28 years (as on the last date of application submission).
3. Experience
Minimum Experience: 01 year of banking experience in Sales and/or Relationship Management.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Selected Relationship Managers will be responsible for:
Identifying and acquiring new SME clients to grow the Bank's SME lending portfolio.
Developing and executing client acquisition strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
Promoting the Bank's financing products, including working capital, trade finance, and term loans.
Managing and enhancing existing client relationships to ensure portfolio retention and growth.
Regularly reviewing the financial health and performance of clients to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Conducting periodic client visits and providing updates on portfolio performance.
Analyzing financial statements and business models of SME clients to assess creditworthiness.
Structuring and recommending appropriate financing solutions tailored to client needs.
Preparing comprehensive credit proposals in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Ensuring credit facilities are approved within the risk appetite of the Bank.
Monitoring accounts for early warning signals and taking proactive measures to mitigate risks.
Maintaining compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide seamless client service.
Achieving financial and non-financial targets, including revenue, portfolio growth, and client satisfaction.
Contributing to the Bank's overall strategy by meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Performing any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).
Knowledge & Competencies Required
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and meet assigned targets.
Basic understanding of banking products and services, with exposure to Commercial and SME Banking.
Good geographical knowledge of the assigned area and surrounding business area.
Sound knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations and regulatory requirements related to Commercial & SME lending.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
Strong sales orientation, with the ability to identify business opportunities and achieve assigned targets.
Strong understanding of Credit Lending, SME Financing, and Trade Finance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
