Job Summary
Organization: Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP)
Division: Adjudication Division
Job Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Employment Type: Contractual basis for a term of three (3) years (extendable on organizational need and performance basis; regularization may be considered after 3 years subject to criteria).
Selection Process: Multi-stage evaluation process (only shortlisted candidates will be contacted).

Vacancy & Eligibility Criteria Breakdown
1. Additional Director — 01 Position
Qualification:
LL.B or LL.M from an HEC-recognized university.
Must be enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court.
Preference: Candidates who have completed the Bar-at-Law qualification or obtained an LL.M degree will be given preference.
Post-qualification Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Experience in corporate law, the financial sector, or as an adjudicating officer in a regulatory body will be preferred.
Age Limit: The maximum age should not exceed 45 years on the closing date for submission of applications.
2. Deputy Director — 02 Positions
Qualification:
LL.B or LL.M from an HEC-recognized university.
Must be enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court.
Preference: Candidates who have completed the Bar-at-Law qualification or obtained an LL.M degree will be given preference.
Post-qualification Experience: Minimum 06 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Experience in corporate law, the financial sector, or as an adjudicating officer in a regulatory body will be preferred.
Age Limit:
The maximum age should not exceed 40 years on the closing date for submission of applications.
Age Relaxation: Candidates who have at least 3 years of work experience with a regulator will be given an age relaxation of 5 years.
