The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), the apex regulator of Pakistan's Capital Markets and Corporate Sector, is inviting applications from qualified, result-oriented, and dynamic professionals. These Islamabad-based positions are vacant within SECP's specialized Adjudication Division, requiring candidates with impeccable integrity and robust analytical capabilities.
Available Positions & Detailed Criteria
1. Additional Director (Adjudication Division)
Total Positions: 01 Position
Educational Qualification:
LL.B or LL.M from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university.
Must be actively enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court.
Preference: Candidates who have completed a Bar-at-Law qualification or possess an LL.M degree will be prioritized.
Post-Qualification Experience:
Minimum of 12 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience.
Experience in corporate law, the financial sector, or working as an adjudicating officer in a regulatory framework is highly preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum age must not exceed 45 years on the closing date of application submission.
2. Deputy Director (Adjudication Division)
Total Positions: 02 Positions
Educational Qualification:
LL.B or LL.M from an HEC-recognized university.
Must be actively enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court.
Preference: Candidates who have completed a Bar-at-Law qualification or hold an LL.M degree will be prioritized.
Post-Qualification Experience:
Minimum of 06 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience.
Experience in corporate law, the financial sector, or working as an adjudicating officer in a regulatory framework is preferred.
Age Limit:
Maximum age must not exceed 40 years on the closing date of application submission.
Age Relaxation: Candidates holding at least 3 years of work experience with a regulator will receive an age relaxation of 5 years.
General Terms & Instructions
Employment Nature: All appointments will be carried out on a contractual basis for an initial term of three (3) years. Extensions are possible based on organizational demand and performance metrics.
Regularization: The Commission may consider the regularization of these roles after the successful completion of three years, subject to meeting the established evaluation criteria.

Commission Prerogative: SECP reserves the right to cancel the hiring or selection workflow at any stage without prior notice.
