The Walled City of Lahore Authority (WCLA) is currently undertaking various conservation and heritage preservation projects in Lahore, Murree, and Multan. Applications are invited from eligible and qualified individuals (Male/Female) on an equal opportunity basis who hold a Punjab domicile, for the following project-based positions on a work charge basis.

• Job Type: Contract / Temporary (Initially for 1 year, subject to extension/reduction based on project duration)

Available Positions

1. Assistant Manager Civil

• Number of Posts: 01

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

• Salary: Rs. 95,000/- (Lump Sum, including all allowances)

• Project Name: Rehabilitation and development of Tangible and Intangible Heritage of Qila Kohna Qasim Bagh, Multan

• Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.

  • Must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in civil works, infrastructure development, or urban regeneration projects.

• Key Skills Required:

  • Assisting in the planning, execution, and supervision of civil engineering projects.

  • Preparing and reviewing structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

  • Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for timely delivery.

2. Assistant Director Civil

• Number of Posts: 01

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

• Salary: Rs. 150,000/- (Lump Sum, including all allowances)

• Project Name: New Anarkali and Old Anarkali Facades, Jain Mandir, Pan Gali, Bakhshi Market, Bible Society - Lahore

• Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.

  • Must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (preference given to candidates with higher qualifications/experience).

• Key Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of the latest engineering codes of practice.

  • Proven experience in planning, designing, cost estimation, and supervision of civil work.

  • Hands-on experience with procurement procedures, tender documentation, and contracting under PPRA rules.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

3. Graduate Engineer Civil

• Number of Posts: 01

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

• Salary: Rs. 150,000/- (Lump Sum, including all allowances)

• Project Name: Beautification and Facade Uplifting of Mall Road Murree

• Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.

  • Must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant, practical working experience within the public or private sector.

• Key Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of project planning, design coordination, site supervision, quality control, reporting, and documentation.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience handling government sector and conservation works.

Terms & Conditions

• The contract appointment is temporary, non-transferable, non-pensionable, job-specific, and confers no right for regularization.

• Government servants must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of job application submission.

• Incomplete applications will be rejected. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted/called for a test or interview via call/email.

• No TA/DA will be paid for the test/interview.
