We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead our people function, strengthen HR systems, and drive organizational performance.
Experience:
- 8 to 12+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or export-oriented industries.
- Proven experience managing large workforce environments.
- Strong exposure to industrial relations, compliance, and organizational development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) will be an advantage.
